These terms govern your use of the website and the booking of accessible van transfers operated by Bangkok Wheels Co., Ltd..

1. Booking & confirmation

Submitting the form is a request, not a contract. The contract is formed once we confirm by email or live chat within 1 hour. We may decline if no vehicle is available.

2. Payment

No deposit. Pay on arrival in cash (THB) or by card. Prices quoted in THB. Foreign-card processing fees may apply for card payments.

3. Cancellation & changes

Free cancellation up to 24 hours before pickup. Free re-scheduling up to 2 hours before. Late cancellations within 24 h may be charged 50% of the fare. No-show: 100%.

4. Accessibility & safety

Wheelchair users are secured with a 4-point tie-down and lap belt. Maximum wheelchair weight 150 kg. Drivers are trained in safe boarding. We may refuse transport if the equipment is unsafe.

5. Liability

All transfers are covered by Thai commercial passenger insurance. We are not liable for delays caused by force majeure (weather, traffic accidents, ferry suspension, government restrictions, etc.).

6. Conduct

Smoking, alcohol, drugs and damage to the vehicle are prohibited. Drivers may end the ride for safety reasons.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand. Disputes are subject to courts in Bangkok.
