Can a wheelchair user travel from Bangkok to Pattaya, Hua Hin or the islands safely?

Yes. We drive long-distance accessible transfers daily: Bangkok to Pattaya (about 2 hours, from 3,500 THB), Bangkok to Hua Hin (about 3 hours, from 4,200 THB), drop-off at Ban Phe pier for Koh Samet (from 4,500 THB; cars are not allowed on the island), and full door-to-hotel service to Koh Chang (from 7,500 THB; the van crosses the ferry with you). The wheelchair stays anchored to the floor for the entire ride.

Do I need to fold my wheelchair to use the taxi?

Can you pick me up directly at the gate at Suvarnabhumi (BKK)?

Yes. We meet you at the arrivals gate with a name sign as soon as you clear immigration and baggage. Tell us your flight number when booking — we track it, so a delay never costs you the ride.
