2. Data we collect
Booking details (name, email, phone, pickup & drop-off, date/time, wheelchair type, notes), account data if you sign in (email, optional name and phone), chat messages, and standard log data (IP, browser, pages visited).
3. Why we use it
To confirm and operate your transfer, contact you about your booking, prevent fraud, and improve our service. Lawful basis: contract performance and our legitimate interests.
4. Sharing
We share booking details with the assigned driver. We use service providers for hosting, email and chat. We never sell personal data.
5. International transfers
Some providers may be located outside Thailand. They are bound by appropriate safeguards.
6. Retention
Booking records: 5 years (tax/accounting). Account data: until you delete your account. Chat logs: 12 months. Server logs: up to 90 days.
7. Cookies
Essential cookies are required for the site to work (login, booking session). Optional cookies (analytics, marketing) are set only with your consent via the cookie banner.
8. Your rights

The service is intended for adults; minors travel as passengers under their guardian's booking.
